At Teraorder, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for subscriptions, services, and purchases made through our platform.

Subscription Plans
Free Trial Period
If applicable, we offer a free trial period for new users. You may cancel your account during the free trial without any charges. Cancellation must be completed before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the first billing cycle.
Refund Within 14 Days
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid subscription. To qualify for this refund, you must:
- Request the refund within 14 days of purchase
- Provide a valid reason or explanation
- Have not exceeded platform usage limits (see exceptions below)
- Have no outstanding disputes or violations of our Terms
After 14-Day Period
After the 14-day refund window, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider partial refunds or credits for unused subscription periods in exceptional circumstances. Contact our support team to discuss options.
Service Credits & Downgrades
If you wish to downgrade your plan, we will prorate your refund or apply credits toward your next billing cycle based on the remaining days in your current subscription.
Example:
If you downgrade after 10 days of a 30-day billing cycle, you'll receive a credit for the 20 remaining days, which will be applied to your next invoice or issued as a refund (at our discretion).
Payment & Transaction Refunds
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same service or charged due to a system error, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us with evidence of the duplicate charge within 30 days.
Failed or Incomplete Services
If we fail to deliver promised services or the service is incomplete due to our error, you may be eligible for a refund or service credit.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Credit card refunds may take up to 15 business days to appear on your statement due to banking processing times.
Add-ons & One-Time Purchases
Add-on services, customizations, and one-time purchases may be subject to different refund terms:
- Custom Development: Non-refundable unless services were not delivered
- API Keys & Integrations: Refundable within 7 days if unused
- Setup Services: Non-refundable once service has commenced
- Training & Consulting: Non-refundable after service delivery
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are non-refundable:
- Subscriptions canceled after the initial 14-day period
- Services already delivered or rendered
- Custom modifications or development work started or completed
- Marketplace app purchases and third-party integrations (except defects)
- Training, workshops, or consulting services after delivery
- Payment processing fees (typically non-refundable)
- Accounts suspended due to violation of Terms of Service
- Refunds requested more than 60 days after the original transaction
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Support: Email our support team at support@teraorder.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide Details: Include your account email, subscription details, reason for refund, and any relevant documentation
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- Approval Notification: You'll receive an email confirming approval or denial with explanation
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Special Circumstances
Service Downtime
If our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a refund or credit for the affected period.
Business Closure
If we cease operations, all users will receive a pro-rata refund for unused subscription periods.
Chargeback & Dispute
If you initiate a chargeback without attempting resolution through our support team, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve billing disputes.
Account Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next billing period if you cancel before the renewal date.
Upon cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion (unless you request earlier deletion).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
