CHIP for subscription & checkout
Workspace packages are paid through CHIP from Settings → Billing. Buyers pay separately on the checkout links you publish — same gateway family, different flows.
Shipping built in
Basic uses Teraorder-managed courier accounts. Premium adds the option to connect your own Ninja Van, Pos Laju, or ParcelDaily credentials.
Sandbox first
Use CHIP sandbox keys, complete a test payment, and confirm your workspace shows active before going live. Webhooks keep events trustworthy.
Common questions
When do I pay?
Nothing during the 7-day trial. After that, activate Basic (RM97/mo) or Premium (RM167/mo) through CHIP in Settings → Billing.
Is buyer checkout the same as my subscription?
No — your workspace subscription is billed separately from buyer payments at checkout. Both can use CHIP, but they are different flows.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or change plans anytime from Settings → Billing. CHIP handles recurring monthly billing.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven't subscribed, workspace access is restricted until you choose Basic or Premium.
